Produced signature events and managed festival operations for the Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival, supporting the LADD team across multiple venues and audience experiences. Led the planning and execution of an 800+ person Kickoff Luncheon, VIP Welcome Party, Opening Night Film, and Closing Night Awards while overseeing logistics, venue operations, collateral management, and event execution across seven festival venues. The festival fostered meaningful community engagement through film, workshops, Q&As, director talks, and special events that celebrated diverse voices and underrepresented stories.
